I bought athletes foot medicine at 99 cents only store and it doesn’t work? How do I complain?
I don’t want to complain to the store, but to the State. This isn’t the first time I bought medicine there that doesn’t work. What state agency in California can I complain to? Its not right they sell bad medicine.

I haven’t really read into the latter and I have a speech to write on universal health care. Is there a difference between the two?
