Hey guys. I was out partying with my friends last night and I didn’t get home until 6. I stayed on computer and at around 7 I decided to try to sleep. I slept for a little under an hour. I was drinking last night and i’m not really that hungover, my muscles just hurt. More of the sickness is from lack of sleep. I can’t get back to sleep, so how can I feel better? Thanks : )
I didn’t get home until 6 AM by the way. Just clearing that up.
I have tried every remedy over the years from raw potaotes, duct tape, Compound W, Wartner Freeze, and all of Dr. Scholl’s products; the last of which made it slightly bigger! I just tried Pristine Wart & Mole Vanish to great PAIN and bad results. A local foot doctor told me there was nothing new they could do, but I met a foot doctor who said he had success with chemotherapy injected in. Yikes!
What mental illness do you think Walter Bishop from Fringe has? Lol.
They say he is insane, does that mean he has a psychotic disorder?
I know he is very eccentric but there has to be a specific diagnosis for him to be locked away in an institution for so many years.
My theory was some form of schizophrenia or schizotypal, maybe hebephrenia because he’s so childish and silly. Sometimes inappropriate.
Since doctors are not employees of the hospital, does it really matter? How bad is it for a doctor to get suspended?
One doctor at my hospital got suspended (don’t know why) and they have to give all her patients (for that hospital) to another doctor. She came back the next day.
Have you ever been suspended as a doctor?
I am flying with my cat one-way and am wondering what the estimated cost is to obtain a health certificate from a vet. I do not have a current vet in the city I live in, but do have previous shot records. Will I need to pay for a visit as well as the certificate? Any estimations are greatly appreciated.
I need to get Adderall (by Shire pharma), and the best place is doctors who get kickbacks from the pharmaceutical companies to prescribe it, thus are more likely to prescribe it more readily than more educated doctors who know it is highly habit-forming and dangerous on the long term.
How do I find out if the doctor/psych is getting these kickbacks?
I have an evaluation to see if I quality for medication or something? Does anyone have experience with this and if so, what should I expect? Will there be questions, or will I have to instigate conversation about my symptoms?
I know this is stupid but if a person had their feet in 48 degree water could they get sick a few days later with a sore throat? And if so what could their sickness be? Thanks
Also, I want to know if brown rice are absolutely good for health? Even for people with elevate triglecerides level also? If yes, can someone explain how?
Suppose a person has been using a given pharmaceutical for some condition, at a given dose. Now suppose that for whatever reason – for instance, that the medication has undesirable side effects or a new, better medication becomes available, the person and / or his or her doctor decides to switch to a different drug for the same condition.
The question is: given the dose at which the patient was using the first drug, how does the doctor determine the dose of the new drug with which the patient should continue treatment? Are there general guidelines the doctor uses to make this decision, or is it specific to the type of drugs involved?
I have an intolerance to peanuts, and some other foods. when eaten i get nausa and usually (always for peanuts) throw up and have extreme stomach pain. usauly goes away after vomiting but sometimes can last untill the next day. Is there a medicine that can help with that. I am going on a italy trip with my school, and if i eat something by accident i would like to have something so it won’t ruin my day.
So I’m considering voluntarily admitting myself to a mental illness inpatient program to help me deal with my depression because outpatient therapy isn’t helping at all. My question is, what will this disqualify me from in life? Will I be able to go to college and pursue a nursing career, or will I not be able to get a license? Will I lose my right to vote? My driver’s license?
The United States has a passion for pills, being the world’s biggest users of psychotropic drugs, consuming 60 per cent of them. And as RT’s Marina Portnaya explains, pharmaceutical firms plan to keep cashing in even if it costs people their health. RT on Twitter twitter.com RT on Facebook www.facebook.com
I was making bacon this morning, but I thought it was pre cooked. We never buy raw bacon before so I didn’t think about checking.
After handling it, I did not wash my hands until later when I found out it was raw. I know that you can get sick from not washing your hands after handling raw meat, but what are the chances? Am I going to get sick?
I have insurance health benefits statements from the last 7 years. Should I keep them or throw them away ?
Im lucky enough to not only have morning sickness but all day sickness, so whats some foods I should stay away from to prevent or to help with it even a little?
Hi, I’m conducting an informal survey for mental health services, my question is, if you were to receive counseling or assistance from a mental health services provider, what would you want? For example if you are depressed, what kind of attention/care would you hope to get? I appreciate your time. Thanks!
How much of your salary do you have to pay in health care premiums and out of pocket expenses (like clinic bills) to be able to itemize them and use them as a deduction on your federal taxes? I’ve added it all up, premiums and out-of-pocket expenses, and co-pays at clinics and dental offices and it’s about 17% of our yearly income.(somewhere around 7-8 grand) Is this enough of our income to qualify to do this? And how much of that amount do you usually get back? Thanks
And how much of what you deduct do you get back?!
Last night I got drunk as a sailor, now its morning and I feel like my body has been chopped in half. Any remedies for morning sickness?
