I really need health insurance. I am a college student and I dont make that much. Im 18 and I dont have any major health problems. I really want good health insurance that I can afford. It would also be nice if it included dental insurance as well.
I really want to become a mental health nurse. But if i can get into a mental health nursing course at university straight after college, i dont want to become a hospital nurse. Help?
Hi,
I am planning to go camping in couple of weeks . But I have a medication which requires refrigeration and what would be the best way to do that?
Thanks
I have tried every remedy over the years from raw potaotes, duct tape, Compound W, Wartner Freeze, and all of Dr. Scholl’s products; the last of which made it slightly bigger! I just tried Pristine Wart & Mole Vanish to great PAIN and bad results. A local foot doctor told me there was nothing new they could do, but I met a foot doctor who said he had success with chemotherapy injected in. Yikes!
My wife has been complaining about her lack of libido for the past few years and has finally decided that she wants to do something about it. What would the best type of doctor be to start at? She does have anxiety that is being treated and normally goes to an internal medicine doctor but all he will do is try changing her medication and the last time she did that it was hard to find one that worked again so we don’t want to go through that process again but he doesn’t seem to have a referral for us to give a specific provider to see instead.
There are many Americans who want health care, but cannot get adequate coverage because they have a pre-existing condition, can’t afford it, or are denied by insurers. Maybe they are working but their company doesn’t offer medical coverage for them. How do we help these people? Are they just stuck?
Doctor Who question.. What would happen, theoretically, if the Doctor went back in time to when he met Rose, (or even further to the original Doctor Who series..) and met himself? Purely on accident, of course. Or on purpose. Whichever.
I plan to take my 7-year-old to a doctor at Children’s Hospital for help with bedwetting. What kind of doctor should I take him to?
My wife recently had a back spinal fusion surgery. Ever since the surgery she has had a viral infection, according to her personal doctor. She has fever, vomiting, dizziness, and this has been going on for 2 months and no end in sight. Her doctor says it just needs to be waited out. I think that is BS. There must be a doctor who specializes in infectious diseases. Can anyone give me some leads? We are in the Seattle area with some great hospitals, I know. My wife is allergic to penicillin and its various forms, BTW.
I am actually the manager of the library and I’m trying to lose weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle as well. I know that I basically want to have weekly weigh ins with incentives and idea sharing as well as invite experts in different areas of fitness and health to come in once a month. Has anyone else done something like this? I’m open to all tips and suggestions.
Very few people say the quality of health care will improve under the current plan. Many people say the quantity of health care will increase. As the numbers reveal, there will be higher demand. Either you pay more or you get less.
Why are you voting for this if you have a family or are planning children?
I am not bipolar. I do not need warnings about talking to my doctor, or anything like that. I am writing a short story and just want to know how quickly someone who stopped taking their medication would feel the effects of that.
Every time my husband eats or drinks anything, he gets sick to his stomach and very nauseated. Does not matter what it is that he eats or drinks he gets so sick that he goes back to bed. He is a disabled Veteran, they have given him meds for nausea that does not help.
I have a paper due on psychological factors in health professions. We had to interview a health professional (family doctor) and conduct a literature review based on the findings from the interview. One section of the marking guide states “students provide a clear description of the health area in which the individual works (family doctor)”.
My question is: how would you approach that aspect of the marking guide?
Thank you in advanced.
If we legalize the 30 million illegal aliens, then we won’t have to be worry about paying for their health care. If they are legalized, then they will have to pay taxes like everyone else, right?
Would people who have higher insurance premiums get more of a subsidy? Or would the subsidy just be based only on income, so people at the same income level would get the same subsidy even if some of those people paid 5 times as much in health insurance?
How would the subsidies be administered and paid? Would it be like applying for welfare? Or would it be handled through the tax reporting system?
How many people would have to be hired to handle this?
Roxie is 4 yrs. old and I know that larger dogs tend to have trouble with their joints when they become older. And I was just wondering what would be the best joint medication for her.
She is a Rottweiler Mix. and weighs 86 lbs. No she doesn’t have trouble with her joints and the vet recommends starting her on joint supplements just in case.

I have bed bug bites and I am going to get some callandryl ( I don’t know I do spell it, SORRY!). But is there any other medicine that you would recommend for these painful and itches bites?
Bring you closer together or further apart?
I read a local study that states that many couples, when faced with declining health seems to bring both older and younger couples closer together, or to the other extreme. What are your experiences with this issue?
