http://www.medscape.com/viewarticle/416897_6 has information on this Fosamax. Hope this helps.

Fosamax is not estrogens and does not carry the associated risks or benefits of estrogen as estrogen is a hormone replacement therapy. Fosamax D = Fosamax plus vitamin D. However, vitamin D should be taken daily

My advice is that you contact a pharmacist or your Dr for additional clarification. For future reference you can contact CanAmericaDrugs (www.canamericadrugs.com) toll free at 1-866-982-9530 and obtain free pharmacists counseling from 8AM – 5:30PM [CST]. Ask for Mathilda she is awesome

noo i would say not .. i think it would not contain any estrogens. i would ask doctor about Miacalcin…i think it would suit you better… fosemax has a tendency to tire the cra=p out of you.. you’ll feel sick to your stomach and you’ll get burning sensation all over your body.. i wouldnt take that…but im not your doctor so i cant say whats wrong with you…but ask him about Calcitonin and Miacalcin..

hope i gave you some good info..

    Stay Healthy,
    Paul
