I took Fosamax for 7 years, switched to Actonel for 2 years now. Is it possible to develope Jaw Necrosis after all this time, or does it normally take this long before Jaw Necrosis would develope?
Just recently a couple small bone fragments have worked there way out of my gums.

This has most certainly been a problem from Fosamax to Reclast. Did you recently have any dental work done? I would get back to the dentist because this could be somewhat serious. Good luck.
